WordPress added this little blurb for me, and so I’ll keep it for now because YES, the journey has to begin somewhere – and for me it’s January 16, 2019. What’s special about that day? Nothing really, it’s just the day I decided to get off my lazy rear parts and actually do something about all this writing I have swirling around in my head at any given point.
To me, “beginnings” are very similar to “introductions” so let’s get that out of the way.
I’m Jamie. I live in Wylie, Texas. I’m 37, a mom of two, and a freaking awesome wife. 😉
I plan on making you laugh – a lot! I also plan on making some new lifelong friends – because, let’s face it, stay-at-home-momming is hard, lonely, and the pay is sometimes weak, but the rewards are unmeasurable. It’s also sometimes hilarious, and I love sharing that part.
I will occasionally post “Stuff I Love” – sometimes just because I like it and want to share it with you. Sometimes because I like it and I’m getting some kind of reward for sharing it (though I’m not going to be sharing things I don’t like and pretending I do, that’s just not how this whole honesty thing works. I mean, I want to set a good example for my kids, right?) – If I share something as an affiliate, I’ll make sure to let you know as well as if I have any options for getting you a discount or whatnot, because we ALL love discounts.
