Tomorrow I’ll add a “real post”, I promise, but my kids have been killing my mental health this week (I love my kids, but holy cow a sassy 4 year old and a sick 20 month old can be super ridiculously draining sometimes!)

In the meantime, I wanted to share this SUPER AWESOME bullet journal that I found on Amazon – came to my door yesterday for a whopping $9.53 + free prime shipping!! It’s AMAZING quality for the price, and I love the gold foiled accents on the cover. It’s going to look fantastic in my collection. ha ha ha!

If you’re looking to try out a Bullet Journal for the first time, or maybe even just looking for a pretty one to add to your lineup, I’d totally recommend it. A5 Sized, the cover is sturdy and has gold foiling mixed in with some lovely vibrant colors, and the pages have a nice visible dot pattern and are a really nice thickness. Doesn’t look to bleed or ghost too badly according to the reviews! Just thought I’d pass on for anyone interested!!! Click here to go straight there!

Boho Berry UnBoxing!

I got my Boho Berry Box today and couldn’t wait to unbox it!  Unlike my other subscriptions I don’t typically see “sneak peeks” on social media so it’s seriously a complete surprise when I get it and I LOVE that!

There was a wide variety of items in this month’s box, but what peaked my curiosity most was the Faber-Castell Gelatos!

At first I thought they were some sort of chapsticks, but I’m certainly glad I didn’t try that theory before I looked them up! They’re some sort of special crayon called a “pigment stick” and you can use them dry or add water for a watercolor effect!

I’m going to need to figure these bad boys out, so I ordered a beginner’s mixed media kit off of Amazon to give it a try! Because it’s winter and I’m sick of cold and rain, I chose the tropical kit. So sue me 😉 (https://amzn.to/2BGyb9t)

A lot of people have asked what I am using to display my planner pens – I have both the 36″ version and the 24″ version of these awesome ledge shelves! Really easy to install and they hold the pens well boxed. I haven’t tried them unboxed but I’d think they’d do ok considering there’s a ledge at the bottom!

Sometimes I get all crazy and decide to go full blown “Pinterest Mom”… this usually results in stupid consequences like spending $60 on stickers and die cuts and blank cards and envelopes so I can make cute little handmade Valentine’s Day cards for my kids classmates.

Cards that I spend hours making even though I’ve procrastinated until close to the last minute because lazy mom overpowers Pinterest mom and I have to talk myself into doing it.

Cards that I then realize these kids don’t give a crap about and will end up going straight in the trash in favor of some sort of candy.

I just wasted 3.5 hours of my life I’ll never get back, y’all….

My toddler made me scratch her butt crack in public today. Seriously, threw a fit – I told her to scratch her own butt but she would NOT give it up.

So I scratched it. Because I’m a mom, and that’s what moms do apparently.

She made a huge exaggerated sigh and said “ahhhhhhh” like it was the greatest thing on earth.

No longer “snack bitch”. Now I’m demoted to a butt scratcher…..
